Technology Search
We conduct comprehensive 'due diligence' on any
potential assignment to ensure that we are the
best firm to execute the assignment. This includes
understanding the requirement in great detail,
the business context in which the need has arisen,
the urgency and status of the role, and our client's
resourcing approach.
Agreeing a proposition document with the client,
including timeframes, methodologies, nature of
the departments and organizations, we will approach,
providing updates on our progress and the details
of the shortlist we will provide. Wherever possible,
we share market intelligence with our clients.
We are also able to undertake the initial screening
and interviews on behalf of our client, including
technical testing, psychometric profiling and
aptitude assessments.
Contingency
We do operate on a contingent basis where we believe
we are able to identify suitable resources quickly,
often as a result of previous retained campaigns.
Whilst we cannot offer the same bespoke service,
we operate to the same high standards as when
retained, providing a pay on results service.
